Proposed solutions must include both non‑transactional and transactional capabilities that integrate with existing ERP systems. The Army accepts solutions built on platforms listed in Appendix C and may also consider alternative platforms that provide a truly transformative capability with a compelling business case and a realistic plan for approval. Solutions must securely operate at IL4/IL5/IL6 and support degraded or disconnected operations for forward‑deployed units. Questions & Answers will be posted at the beginning of next week.
