This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (“NPPC”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Window Cleaning Services, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this Agreement is to provide scheduled and Demand Maintenance (DM) window cleaning services. Window Cleaning Services are to include but are not limited to: Scheduled window cleaning maintenance services as per the timeframes outlined in Appendix “A” Window Cleaning Services Site List Demand Maintenance (DM), on an as-required, prior approval basis Additional requested services
