Attached is this modification to the pre-solicitation notice #9594CS26Q0015 is the full solicitation for the Psychological Assessment Services at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. The requirement is for a contractor to provide evidence-based Clinical Assessments, Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations, and Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations to CSOSA offenders based upon an assessed level of care or a court order for treatment. The forthcoming solicitation will be advertised as a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (Except Physicians). THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) IDENTIFIES ALL CSOSA REQUIREMENTS FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT SERVICES.  QUOTERS MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE ATTACHED RFQ.
