| Title: Greenhouse Controls System Upgrade - Agassiz Research and Development Centre Description: AAFC requires the replacement of an existing Argus Classic Control System at the at the Agassiz Research and Development Center located at 6947 Highway 7, Agassiz BC. Building B72 greenhouse. The project is to provide new Argus Control panels with all control relays and operational programming to control existing end devices in the greenhouse compartments 1 to 11. The work will also include upgrading the software and programming to state-of-the-art Titan Control with multi-user visual graphical interface. Basis of selection: This is a two phase selection process. Bidders responding to this ITT are to submit a bid in two phases. Phase One bids cover only the qualifications and experience of the Bidders. Following evaluation of Phase One bids, Bidders are advised of their competitive standing and responsive Phase One Bidders will be invited to submit a Phase Two bid. Phase Two bids cover the pricing. A combination of the Phase One and Phase Two submissions constitutes the final bid. Initially, suppliers are invited to submit bids in the first phase of the selection procedure. Only the Phase One information asked for in the ITT is to be included in Phase One bids, and evaluation of Phase One bids will be carried out only on the Phase One information requested. Construction Time: The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by June 30, 2026. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. AAFC has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in AAFC procurement activities as outlined in this solicitation. | Title: Electrical Services - SASKATOON Research and Development Centre DESCRIPTION: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Saskatoon Research and Development Centre at 107 Science Place and 410 Lowe Road, Saskatoon, SK, including facilities located in Outlook and Scott, SK, requires a Contractor to provide Electrical services. This solicitation of offers is to establish a service contract for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the solicitation of offers. The period of the contract will be for one (1) calendar year with the possibility to extend the Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2025. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by AAFC. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT INFORMATION Optional Work Site Visit. Canada recommends that the Offeror attend the site visit. An optional site visit will be held at the Main Lab Building, 107 Science Place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am CST, in Saskatoon SK. Communication with Site Authority. To attend the site visit Offerors must communicate with the Site Authority no later than 3:00 pm CST on May 6, 2025 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Canada may request Offerors sign an attendance sheet. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
