An optional year of dredging may be added to the contract by the Department representative to allow for dredging until March 14, 2028. This work will consist of dredging sediments from the seabed according to the dimensions of the dredging templates provided by the Department, followed by disposal of the sediments at a designed site at sea. If the optional year is added to the contract, the Department will calculate the fuel price adjustment in accordance with the Fuel Price Adjustment clause in the contract.
