FCAC is seeking a vendor(s) to provide a subscription-based service through research and advisory services on the following but not limited topics (see below). The vendor will also be required to provide foundational services identified below. The Vendor must provide the following services: 1. The vendor shall provide IT business advice, objective IT research, and IT data that is thematic, prescriptive, and executable, and that provides a comprehensive perspective on the rapidly changing IT environment. Research must be independent, objective and non-sponsored without any partnerships with other IT vendors. 2. The vendor shall provide access to an online database containing IT research articles.
