The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of physicians to provide onsite occupational health services to RCMP Members in K Division, Alberta. The anticipated level of effort is estimated forty hours per week for each full-time physician and estimated 20 hours per week for each part-time physician. Up to 4 contracts may be awarded. The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to one additional six month period. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. Per Annex B, the Financial Evaluation will consist of two phases. Phase 1 will be conducted first, during which Table A will be evaluated. The responsive bids with the lowest evaluated prices for Table A will be recommended for award of contract. A contract or contracts may be awarded for up to two Specific Persons (physicians). If a bidder submits Table A for more than one Specific Person, each Table A will be evaluated separately therefore only the Table A(s) for the Specific Person(s) with the lowest responsive price will be included in the contract that is recommended for award of contract. If fewer than two Specific Persons (physicians) are included in the contract(s) recommended for award of contract in Phase 1, Phase 2 will be conducted. Specific Persons (physicians) that have already been recommended for contract award from Phase 1 will not be evaluated in Phase 2. For Phase 2, the responsive bid(s) with the lowest evaluated price for Table B will be recommended for award of contract. If a bidder submits Table B for more than one Specific Person, each Table B will be evaluated separately therefore only the Table B(s) for the Specific Person(s) with the lowest responsive price will be included in the contract that is recommended for award of contract. Based on operational requirements, the RCMP may award up to a total of four (4) contracts for Phase 1 and 2 combined. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of up to two Psychologists to provide specialized clinical psychological assessments to address fitness for duty, disability management and performance related issues for regular and civilian members; to conduct psychological debriefings within specialized sections/deployments; to conduct psychological screening assessments for experienced police officer applicants to the RCMP; to support the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) program and provide/oversee critical incident intervention for members; to coordinate and deliver preventative health programs in collaboration with F Division and T Division Health Services teams; to provide assistance to the Health Services Officer (HSO) as requested; and to provide psychological care to cadets at Depot. The anticipated level of effort is 20 hours per week, per psychologist. This requirement is for the department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) Description of the Requirement: The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award up to four (4) contracts for Occupational Therapist Services in support of the Non-Insured Health Benefit (NIHB) Program for the Medical Supplies and Equipment (MSE) Review Centre on an as and when required basis. The estimated level of yearly effort is 224 hours per contract. The initial contract period is three (3) years from contract award, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
