The Contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to its clients, which include SSC itself, those government institutions for whom SSC’s services are mandatory at any point during the Contract period, and those other organizations for whom SSC’s services are optional at any point in the Contract period and that choose to use those services from time to time. SSC may choose to use this Contract for some or all of its clients and may use alternative means to provide the same or similar services. b) It is intended to result in the award up to (3) three contracts for one (1) initial year, plus four (4) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s). c) Canada is seeking to establish up to three (3) contracts on an “as and when requested” basis.
