| The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the Service Dock at the North Bay marina, located at 225 Memorial Drive, North Bay, Ontario, on the north shore of Lake Nipissing. The work includes the installation of a new steel sheet pile wall (approximately 40 m in length) constructed lakeward of the existing steel sheet pile wall, with the existing wall remaining in place. | 1. The project site is the Rondeau (Erieau) harbour located on the north side of Lake Erie. The site coordinates are: 42°15'28.6"N 81°54'27.0"W. 2. The Work under this contract covers dredging of Class B material from the channel. The quantity of dredged material to be removed is estimated to be: i. Base Work: 3,575 cubic metres. ii. Optional Work 1: 1,450 cubic metres. iii. Optional Work 2: 2,250 cubic metres iv. Optional Work 3: 1,275 cubic metres 3. The Work is divided into Base Work and Optional Work during one mobilization. 4.
