Quiktrak, LLC.FCC currently utilizes a third-party platform to administer its Inventory Financing (IF) program as this capability does not exist in our current technical solution stack. The solution is used to store key information to help administer the program and manage over 50 dealer partners across Canada which includes financial transactions, disbursements, monitoring dealer interest rates, and credit utilization integration.     Additionally, FCC currently leverages a manual inventory audit and validation process through a separate third-party provider. Audits are an important measure in place to ensure dealers are complying with the IF guidelines which ensures FCC’s security is accurately documented and located at the appropriate site indicated by the dealer. A manual onsite audit is conducted with a data file and any associated documents being sent to FCC for review, reconciliation, and follow-up where needed. There is no integration between the third-party audit tracking solution and FCC’s IF platform. Currently the process can require significant travel time between locations which has a negative carbon footprint and increases costs to FCC.     FCC’s preference is for one Proponent to provide a software platform to administer the Inventory Financing program and offer an audit function that will allow FCC to achieve the business needs stated below. However, FCC reserves the right to award the RFP scope of service to one or multiple vendors to ensure the success of the third-party software function and the administration of the audit program with little to no manual intervention required. $200,0002026
