Quiktrak, LLC.FCC currently utilizes a third-party platform to administer its Inventory Financing (IF) program as this capability does not exist in our current technical solution stack. The solution is used to store key information to help administer the program and manage over 50 dealer partners across Canada which includes financial transactions, disbursements, monitoring dealer interest rates, and credit utilization integration.     Additionally, FCC currently leverages a manual inventory audit and validation process through a separate third-party provider. Audits are an important measure in place to ensure dealers are complying with the IF guidelines which ensures FCC’s security is accurately documented and located at the appropriate site indicated by the dealer. A manual onsite audit is conducted with a data file and any associated documents being sent to FCC for review, reconciliation, and follow-up where needed. There is no integration between the third-party audit tracking solution and FCC’s IF platform. Currently the process can require significant travel time between locations which has a negative carbon footprint and increases costs to FCC.     FCC’s preference is for one Proponent to provide a software platform to administer the Inventory Financing program and offer an audit function that will allow FCC to achieve the business needs stated below. However, FCC reserves the right to award the RFP scope of service to one or multiple vendors to ensure the success of the third-party software function and the administration of the audit program with little to no manual intervention required. $200,0002026
NetlifyFCC requires an implementation ready front end deployment platform that works with our Headless CMS Backend to build the GatsbyJS projects for our public facing websites using APIs. This framework will provide a unified data layer to enable FCC developers to easily combine data from different sources, including the headless CMS, and render them alongside each other.  $1,185,3432026

LSEGFCC currently uses a third-party filtering tool for name screening against the World-Check data file. FCC is releasing this RFP to select a new technology solution that offers enhanced features and greater flexibility. We currently name screen approximately 140,000 total names per week and 160,000 unique names per year and expect these volumes to continue to grow.  FCC’s existing filtering tool is integrated with lending systems through an API that indicates whether any name screening alerts are returned. If alerts are returned, employees resolve them directly within the third-party tool, rather than within FCC’s own lending system. FCC is seeking a new product that supports both an API and a user interface. This dual capability will provide FCC with the option to either build an integrated solution or continue using the existing user interface (UI) to resolve alerts.  FCC performs name screening for customers prior to loan approval and conducts batch screening of its entire customer portfolio on a weekly basis. The process of screening and resolving alerts has required significant effort and time investment, particularly concerning the existing customer base. As a result, FCC aims to migrate the results from the current system to the new product to avoid reworking and resolving these alerts again.  FCC is looking for a single proponent that will provide both a data file and a comprehensive name screening solution that integrates seamlessly with FCC’s existing systems and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of FCC’s name screening process.  The successful proponent would also implement and migrate any data to the new Platform.  FCC reserves the right to award the RFP scope of service to one or multiple Proponents.     $648,9462025

Competitive Intelligence- This is used to distribute surveys to capture information at the time of loan amendment, lost deals and new loans.  As part of this RFP, FCC is looking for a Platform that can facilitate at minimum the 3 main functions listed above but also allow FCC to grow the Research and Insights business process. The Platform should provide FCC with full control of panel management, survey design, reporting, and external communication with survey audience. The successful proponent would also assist with any implementation, configuration and/or migration of data from the existing Platform. $275,0002025
