REQUIREMENT The Canada Energy Regulator (CER) requires the provision of bilingual and accessible spokesperson and media training services. These services will be delivered at the CER and will primarily target CER leadership and subject matter experts working in areas of high public interest. Training expertise will be provided by the Contractor on an as-and-when-requested basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to February 28, 2027 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 4 additional year period(s) under the same conditions. Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least 30 calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. ENQUIRIES All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
