Heavy Construction Equipment Rental

As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement#E6TOR-23RM03 for Heavy Construction Equipment Rental this notice is published for a period of 15 calendar days. Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement in series E6TOR-23RM03 with PSPC cannot submit a bid. This solicitation is being completed under Stream 1(all suppliers). If you wish to find out how you can become a qualified Supply Arrangement Holder for future requirements please contact PSPC at David.Barltrop@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. The Department of National Defence (DND) has the requirement for the supply, delivery and subsequent collection of rental heavy construction equipment to their facility in Trenton, Ontario. See attached Notice of Purposed Procurement (NPP) for a detailed requirement and specifications. Requested delivery date is 4 May 2026, with an expected collection date of 30 September 2026.
