The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) currently operates under DFO, but will transition to the Department of National Defense (DND) by 1 April 2026. User Department’s Need: The project consists of two components: (1) electrical power including shore power assessment/upgrade and (2) lighting assessment /upgrade.
