Scope of work includes: Bartlett Park This contract is for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the removal of an existing playground and basketball court and the installation of a new playground and multi-use sports court complete with concrete sidewalks, accessible parking, fencing, and furniture. The contractor shall coordinate with the City playground equipment vender, to be selected. Berkley Park This contract is for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the rehabilitation of the existing tennis court by the removal of existing fencing, tennis nets and posts and the overlayment of the asphalt court surface and supply and installation of new tennis and sports court equipment complete with concrete sidewalks, furniture, and associated fencing.
