Smart Waste Program – Location-Based Electronic Device Management

The Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District (the “Corporation”) seeks professional services for Smart Waste Program for a period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for one (1) two-year period. The smart waste program involves the preparation, packaging, distribution and deployment of approximately twenty (20) approved location-based electronic tracking devices in publicly accessible multifamily residential and commercial/institutional garbage containers and reporting on their movement across the solid waste system.
