UPDATE 2: To correct prior update comment keeping NAICS   541930 Translation and Interpretation Services. UPDATE 1: To correct DOL Occupation Code from 23310 to 23370 - General Maintenance Worker. El Yunque National Forest (EYNF) is requesting Translator/Interpreter services to aid Spanish & English speakers across a range of activities. The facilitator will provide interpretation/translation services during various processes, and it must have a familiarity with natural resource management issues. Quoters shall submit their quote via email to heather.harkley@usda.gov with a courtesy copy to nestor.riveragonzalez@usda.gov no later than March 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. IMPORTANT: - The Contractor who is awarded the contract must submit a Certificate of Non-Disclosure (NDA) signed by all Contractor employees working under this contract. - The Contractor must provide results of a criminal history background check on all employees working under this contract. -A statement confirming that at least 50 percent of the labor cost incurred for contract performance will be expended on direct employees of the prime contractor. If statement is not provided, Offeror will be determined non-compliant and removed from consideration.
