BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : This Request for Tenders (the “ RFT" ) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “ Region ”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Oil-Grit Separator Structure Cleaning Including Disposal of Collected Liquid and Solid material at Various locations in the Regional Municipality of York MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: DEPOSIT : All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.
