The intention of this project is to work with Metro Vancouver staff to coordinate and develop a regional scale Hazard, Risk, and Vulnerability Analysis (HRVA). The intent of a regional HRVA is to develop a robust understanding of hazards, risks, and vulnerabilities specific to the region (and strategies to address them), a coordinated regional resilience network to convene partners, and critical information to support land use planning, climate action, and emergency management efforts. This project is anticipated to involve significant technical analysis and extensive consultation and engagement efforts with potential project partners, as detailed in the Scope of Services. paste description of work (Section 00 20 10, 1.2)
