Solicitation number 75F40126Q00171 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for CTP Advertising Data Monitoring Subscription and Training. Simplified procedures are being utilized in accordance with FAR 12.201-1. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal," the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government’s needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation.
